Terms and Conditions Last Updated: April 2026 Welcome to TN Home Care. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. Scope of Service TN Home Care is a private, independent MSME-registered service provider. We offer repair, installation, and maintenance services for Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines across 15 districts in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. 2. Independent Service Provider Status Non-Affiliation: TN Home Care is an independent service center. We are not an "Authorized Service Center" for any specific brand (e.g., Samsung, LG, Whirlpool). Trademarks: All brand names and logos used on this website are for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners. 3. Service Bookings & Estimates Inspection Charges: A standard visiting/inspection fee is applicable for all doorstep visits. This fee will be communicated at the time of booking via 93444 29900. Estimates: Final repair costs (parts + labor) will be provided after physical inspection. Work will only commence upon the customer’s verbal or written approval. 4. Warranty & Spare Parts Service Warranty: We provide a limited-period warranty on our labor (typically 30 days) unless otherwise stated on your invoice. Parts Warranty: Warranty on spare parts is subject to the manufacturer’s terms. TN Home Care does not provide additional warranties on parts beyond what the manufacturer offers. Exclusions: Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by a third-party technician or subjected to electrical surges/physical damage after our service. 5. Payments Payments must be settled immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash, UPI, and digital transfers. Invoices will be sent to the provided email (tnhomecare40@gmail.com) or mobile number upon request. 6. Customer Responsibilities Customers must provide a safe working environment for our technicians. Customers are advised to remove any valuables from the vicinity of the appliance before the technician arrives. TN Home Care is not responsible for pre-existing issues not related to the specific repair requested. 7. Limitation of Liability While we strive for excellence, TN Home Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the failure of an appliance after repair. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered. 8. Jurisdiction Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
